Deep neckline Jumpsuit – Fashion Week Poland

DE: Mein 3. Outfit für die Fashion Week Poland. Ich hatte hier ;bereits angekündigt, dass es ein wenig freizügig wird. „Den Jumpsuit kannst du in Hamburg aber nicht tragen“, sagte mein Freund als er damals sah, was ich aus dem ASOS Paket fischte. Er meint es nicht als Verbot, sondern als Tatsache, dass man sich hier im Norden einfach nicht so anzieht. Schlicht, zurückhaltend und bitte minimalistisch muss es sein. Nordisch eben. Das höchste der Modegefühle ist dann vielleicht mal ein simples Kleid von COS – in grau und mit blauer Naht. Versteht mich nicht falsch. Mir geht es nicht darum, dass diese Menschen anfangen sollten sich aufzustylen oder bunte Farben zu tragen. Jeder kann sich anziehen wie er möchte und wie es zu ihm und dem Lebensstil passt. Doch mir fehl die Akzeptanz für andere Geschmäcker. Ich habe schon oft erlebt, dass man komisch angeschaut wird weil die Menschen nur den grauen Einheitsbrei gewohnt sind. Daher lag der Jumpsuit seit einiger Zeit in meinem Schrank rum und wartete auf eine passende Gelegenheit. In Polen war es dann endlich soweit und ich konnte ihn endlich anziehen. In Rahmen der Fashion Week und umgeben von anderen Fashionlovers, ist so ein Look auch gar nicht ungewöhnlich. Ich fühlte mich kein bisschen unwohl. Anders als jetzt beim posten der Bilder.

Ist es noch etwas zu viel? Was denken denn die Anderen von mir, wenn sie das sehen? Ich bin genervt von mir selbst, denn ich verfalle auch in dieses nordische Denken. Dabei mag ich die Bilder wirklich gerne. Doch wahrscheinlich werde ich den Jumpsuit nicht nochmal anziehen. Zumindest nicht hier… Ich glaube manchmal, dass Hamburg und ich nie Fashion-friends werden. Vielleicht sollte ich nach London ziehen oder mehr Fashion Weeks besuchen. Ich habe auch mal den Kalender geprüft: Montreal, Toronto, Moskau, Hong Kong, Sydney, Stockholm, Johannesburg… irgendwo auf der Welt findet immer eine Fashion Week statt.

Very Hamburg. The ultimate feeling is perhaps a dress from COS – in gray and with blue stitching. Please don’t get me wrong. I don’t want those people to start dressing up. Anyone can get dressed as he or she would like and how it suits him and the lifestyle. What I miss is the acceptance of other styles. I experienced that people looked at me funny, because they are only used to the same old gray things.

Therefore, the jumpsuit was lying around in my closet, waiting for a suitable opportunity. In Poland it was finally there and I was able to wear it at least. In the setting of the Fashion Week, and surrounded by other Fashion Lovers, such a look is not uncommon. I felt not the least bit uncomfortable. Unlike now when posting the images.

Is it a bit too much? What will others think of me when they see that? I am annoyed with myself because I start to think Nordic. I really like the pictures. Still, I probably will not wear the jumpsuit again. At least not here… I think that Hamburg and I will never become Fashion Friends. Maybe I should move to London or visit more Fashion Weeks. I’ve checked the calendar: Montreal, Toronto, Hong Kong, Sydney, Stockholm, Moscow, Johannesburg… there is always a Fashion Week takes place somewhere in the world…
