OVERDIVITY coachella

DE: Dieses Wochenende wurde in der kalifornischen Wüste die Festival Saison eröffnet. Gemeint ist natürlich das Coachella Festival. Über Social Media konnte man in den vergangenen Tagen beobachten, wie Celebrities und Blogger ihre ausgeflippten Boholooks zum besten geben. Wer den Bohemian Stil mag, fand auf Snapchat und Instagram eine unendliche Inspirationsquelle. So viel Festival Stimmung steckt natürlich an und so habe ich mir einen Look überlegt, welchen ich auch hier – im doch recht spießigen Norden – tragen kann. Damit es nicht allzu sehr auffällt im grauen Hamburg, habe ich mich entschieden auf Farben zu verzichten. Ein festivaltaugliches Upgrade erhält das monochrome Outfit durch die Fransenjacke – und Tasche .

Auch beim Schmuck muss man für ein Coachella Styling nicht zwangsläufig auf Statementketten oder Federn setzten. Das schwarze Lederhalsband und die beiden Lederarmbänder von Pandora, sorgen für genau die richtige Prise an Hippiefeeling, ohne dabei kitschig oder überladen zu wirken.

EN: This weekend the festival season has started in the California desert. This refers, of course, to the Coachella Festival. If you looked through your social media feed the last days, you have probably seen many celebrities and bloggers in their freaky Boholooks. Everyone, who likes the bohemian style, could find a infinite source of inspiration on Snapchat and Instagram. So much festival vibe is infecting and so I’ve been thinking about a look, which I can also wear here – in the quite stuffy north. To avoid attracting too much attention in gray Hamburg, I have decided to stay away from any colors in this look. The monochrome outfit gets its festival upgrade from the fringe jacket – and bag.
Also the jewelry must not necessarily be a statement necklace or feathers, to achieve a Coachella Styling. The black leather coker and the two leather bracelets from Pandora, provide exactly the right amount of Hippie Feeling without being too kitsch or looking overloaded.
