ENG: The grunge style is back. Grunge of the 90ies and today’s grunge trend are not the same. 90ies had Kurt Cobain, Nirvana, drugs and rebellion. In 2013 we have fashion icons and role models like Alexa Chung and Miranda Kerr wearing the “grunge style” for fashion chains like Mango. The shocking moment is over. What stays the same: plaid shirts, biker boots, studs and leather jackets. We have cleaned up the grunge. If you want to see more check out my Grunge Pinterest board.

DE: Der Grunge  ist zurück. Allerdings haben der Grunge Stil der 90er und der heutige Trend kaum noch was miteinander zu tun. In den 90ern waren Kurt Cobain, Drogen und Rebellion das Aushängeschild des Grungelooks. 2013 haben wir brave Modeikonen wie Alexa Chung und Miranda Kerr, die im  „Grunge look“ für Modeketten wie Mango posieren. Der schockierende Moment ist vorbei. Das einzige was gemeinsam bleibt sind die karierten Holzfällerhemden, Bikerstiefel, Nieten und Lederjacken. Wir haben den Grunge ordentlich aufpoliert.     Da sind ein paar echt coole Outfits dabei.
    Allerdings muß ich sagen, dass ich dem "alten" Grunge dann doch mehr abgewinnen kann ^^ Liegt aber vielleicht daran, dass ich mit der Zeit viele Erinnerungen verbinde (Schulzeit und so Kram *lach*). Damals war Grunge wirklich noch rebellisch, irgendwie XD
